It is Fathers Day today and we have had a lovely day being together and visiting our special dads!
I have taken on Kate's lovely challenge of logging in a little notepad reasons to be cheerful.
So after decorating my little pad, I set about writing on the first few pages.
And here is my favourite teacup for the very lovely Lexie.

Reasons to be cheerful number....er...whatever it is: taking time out to read some lovley cheerful words from my favourite bloggers!

What a lovely idea and I especially relate to your first reason to be cheerful, I also find writing with a pink pen cheerful!
ReplyDeleteIs it wrong that whenever I hear the phrase reasons to be cheerful I start to hum the Ian Dury tune?! Or perhaps it just shows my age!
I think that is a lovely idea and I have done it in the past. It is definitely a helpful thing to do and you have inspired me to start again! Thank you! Now to find a pretty notebook (or one to make pretty!).

Oh its such a lovely idea! I find that it helps you to be more present, centered and content with life. It highlights all those little (and big) things that there is to be grateful for!!
