Another Busy Week

Phew! It's been another busy week.

At the beginning of the week, I discovered who my partner was for All4meggymoo's heart swap. I've been partnered with the lovely Jille and have been busily collecting bits and bobs for the swap this week.

It was my lovely mum's birthday on Friday so presents were crafted and wrapped and a cake was made (and eaten!)

I also managed to whip up another cowl this week in this GoRgEoUs green colour.

Baked some Snickerdoodles too this week for the first time, they were very yummy!

On Saturday I went on my beginners sewing machine course.

I had a fabulous day and made this beautiful bag! Very pleased with myself.

Today I got my sewing machine out and made a couple of lavender hearts.

Also managed to make a batch of brownies for pud tonight too.

Have you been busy?

    1. Hi Daisy,
A Snickerdoodle is a cakey biscuit which is rolled in cinnamon sugar before baking. I can highly recommend them - I used a rachel allen recipe.

I see you're reading the new Kate Morton book - is it as lovely as the previous ones? Was thinking of making it my book club pick next month so would value your critique/opinion if you have a mo.
