A Beautiful Afternoon..............

...............at West Green House with my lovely Mummy and the little Sweetpeas.

Would love to have a peep inside!
The sun has been warming our skin on and off today but it was PeRfEcT weather to take in the glorious garden at West Green House.

Little Miss and Little Mister enjoyed the fresh air and Mum and I enjoyed the scenery.

This is inside the conservatory with its unusual wall art!

Archways.....
And secret doors.....
Hidden Statues

From a distance these look like Bluebells but on closer inspection.....
They are Forget-me-nots

I managed to snap 70 shots this afternoon so I've picked out the best but this is DeFiNiTeLy a place worth visiting if you're in the area!

  3. West Green House is not too far from me, but I'm ashamed to say I haven't been since before Marylyn Abbot took it over many years ago. Then it was very neglected and overgrown, but still a magical place. I must make the effort to visit soon. xx

  6. Hello Victoria,
Thank you for following my blog and for your comments left on my latest post.
Yes there's plenty of sunshine where I live but you know I miss the greeness of home at times.
Your day out looks great and is the sort of thing I love to do... Last time I was home in the Uk I went to Stratford-upon-avon with my sister...glorious countryside and very interesting place to visit.

I can spare a few sunbeams so they are on their way to you :-)
